CNOLT100, a new generation cassettle OLT (Optical Line Terminal ) device ,launched by CINACOM meets the needs of triple-play. It combines EPON access and L2 switch function. The modularized PON (Passive Optical Network) configuration supports 1-4 PON systems and 512 ONU (Optical Network Unit). It can be combined with ONU products to build efficient EPON network.
Modularized design of OLT supports 1.25 Gbps transmission. It provides reliable quality assurance for users with efficient utilization of bandwidth and support of Ethernet business. 1:64 split ratio supporting different kinds of ONU hybrid networking minimized oprator's investment. CNOLT adopts advanced technology. It has quality guarantee and powerful function in Ethernet.
Features
1. It adopts the point-to-multipoint network topology, effectively collects separate Ethernet services and aggregates them on the MAN node. It connects the upper-layer devices through the GE interface and can be connected to the existing network smoothly.
2. The Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation (DBA) mechanism enables all users to share the 1Gbps bandwidth reasonably, guaranteeing a reliable QoS.
3. The Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) enables the redundant interconnection between OLT and backbone network, while EAPS provides highly reliable 50ms ring.
4. They support the IGMP multicast and efficiently utilize the bandwidth. They support the multicast VLAN.
5. It supports the broadcast of IPTV, voice and data simultaneously.
